Japan Ball Mill Equipment Structure

At present, the most commonly used Japan Ball Mills on the market are mainly overflow Japan Ball Mills and lattice Japan Ball Mills. The structure of the two is not much different, and it consists of the main working part and the transmission part. Its overall structure is shown in the figure.

The working part of the Japan Ball Mill mainly includes: a feeding part, a drum part, a discharging part and the like; and the transmission part includes: a slow driving; a transmission part. For the Japan Ball Mill, the most important part is the roller section. The roller portion is an elongated cylinder with a large number of steel grinding body devices and fixed to the cylinder wall. The first and second ends are connected to the hollow shaft of the Japan Ball Mill feeding section and the discharging section and are horizontally supported by the bearings at both ends to avoid the cylinder being sunken due to the excessive hardness of the ore body. In addition, in the empty shaft of the feeding part and the discharging part, an adjustable inter-port bushing is also provided as an inlet and outlet regulator of ore material to control the grinding size of the ore.

Japan Ball Mill Working Principle

When working, the roller of the Japan Ball Mill will move regularly around the horizontal axis and produce high centrifugal force. After the mineral material enters the Japan Ball Mill and reaches the specified height through the conveyor belt, it will fall freely in a parabolic arc trajectory. During the falling process, the mineral material will collide with the grinding body inside the drum wall due to the action of the medium, and at the same time in the grinding body. The grinding operation is completed under the relevant effects of pressure, rolling and grinding.

Japan Ball Mill Debugging

After the Japan Ball Mill is installed, it needs to be commissioned immediately. First, turn on the motor, make the Japan Ball Mill idle for more than 6 hours, observe whether the voltage potential is consistent with the design plan, and whether the temperature can be maintained at about 40 °C. If the Japan Ball Mill is running normally, there is no abnormal noise and the contact surface of the barrel is good, it means that the Japan Ball Mill debugging work is relatively smooth, and the equipment can be used normally.

In addition, during the commissioning process, it must be ensured that the bearing temperature is lower than 50 °C, a small amount of material can be added appropriately, and the grinding effect can be observed. If there is no abnormality, the amount of material added can be gradually increased. If the various components are still operating normally, the motor current value is relatively stable and the commissioning can be completed.
